Construction Director (m/f)

Proef intends to recruit its Civil Works team with a Construction Director (m/f).

Function Description:

- Study, planning and initial preparation of the work;

- Elaboration, follow-up and marking of the work plan;

- Produce and implement a subcontracting and supply plan for the Purchasing Department;

- Preparation of consultation processes, sharing information with the Purchasing Department, including follow-up and support in the consultation process;

- Control and management of resources (labor, equipment, materials and Subcontracts);

- Ensure the objectives defined in terms of execution time, quality standards, safety and profitability of the work;

- Manage and organize work meetings on site;

- Execute and guarantee budgetary control, including economic and financial control of the work;

- Elaboration of measurement reports to the Client and Subcontractors;

- Contractual management and articulation with different interlocutors and entities (Customer, Supervision, Subcontractors and external entities);

- Manage and coordinate the work in all its contractual aspects;

 

Profile:

- Training in Civil Engineering / Architecture;

-  Minimum experience of 3 years in Construction Management;

- Knowledge of computer tools (Excel, MS Project, AutoCad);

- Good knowledge of English;

- Proactive and autonomous profile;

- Strong organizational skills, time management and priorities;

- Experience in renewable energy works is valued (photovoltaic parks, wind farms, substations);

- Experience in infrastructure works is valued;
