Eurico Ferreira Academy is a training school that follows a transversal approach, promoting the development of skills of Proef's employees.
Internal aspect
The training plan for our employees reflects the needs of each business area: technical, organizational or management.
External aspect
On the external aspect technical courses are launched and taught, in partnership with the IEFP.
Eurico Ferreira Academy supports the surrounding community through specialized training, also recruiting some of the trainees who are unemployed or in precarious situations.
