Profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in similar functions
- Fluent in German
Autonomy, dynamism and strong sense of responsibility;
Ease of integration into multidisciplinary teams;- Leadership Capacity
- Availability for national travel.
Job description:
- Coordinate and manage the technical activities of the different phases of the projects under your responsibility, supervise the teams' field work,
- Identify the difficulties and status of each project and define alternative measures when they exist, to ensure compliance with deadlines and technical requirements and the quality of the project phases under your responsibility.
- Support the Project Manager in assigning technical and human resources to different projects in cooperation with field managers, in order to optimize operational efficiency in projects.
- Ensure the management of the hp client, namely in defining the development phases processes under its responsibility and in resolving any problems that may occur during work in order to contribute to the fulfillment of the activities contracted with the client.
- Ensure the updating of information in the system, relating to the different phase projects under your responsibility, in order to guarantee reliable and timely availability of relevant information to monitor work progress.
- Coordinate the human resources assigned to the activities under their responsibility, defining operational needs, motivation, performance evaluation and training, to ensure the framework and motivation to achieve the objectives of the projects to promote their development, productivity and alignment with the values and culture of the PROEF Group.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring the objectives and budget of his area, analyzing deviations and proposing preventive and corrective actions.
