Proef intends to grow its customer network team with a network of telecommunications technical customers for Germany.
Profile:
- Secondary education (mandatory);
- Previous experience in Fiber Optic Connections and installation of Telecommunications Networks (HFC);
- Knowledge in handling the following devices: OTTDR, Fusion Machine and Field Meters (DSam 2000);
- Driving License (mandatory);
- Ability to work in the field;
- High capacity for organization and planning;
- Speak German (preferred)
- Work guidance for clients and teams.
- Experience as a team leader
- Spirit of leadership
Functions:
- Management, training and organization of team dynamics
- Recognition, planning, organization and distribution of territory
