Eurico Ferreira Academy

The first semester of 2021 was intense at the Eurico Ferreira Academy. There were +70 courses, with 313 trainees learning in the areas of energy and telecommunications. The courses taught include courses on work at height and rescue, courses in telecommunications and electrical safety, the chainsaw course, among others.

The training stands out for the importance of the practical component, being an essential requirement to work with clients in the energy sector and thus respond to market demands.

Proef's objective is to continue to invest in training its employees and attracting talent. An investment in the training park is also planned, especially in the modernization of technologies and infrastructures.
