Onboarding of new joiners;
Participate in updating and/or reviewing different HR policies, methodologies, and tools, particularly in terms of Performance Management, Careers and Compensation, in order to contribute to their adaptation to business needs and alignment with best HR practices Marketplace;
Carry out actions to measure and monitor the organizational climate and culture and process the information collected, in order to guarantee the existence of relevant and reliable information to support decision-making regarding the Group's Organizational Climate and Culture;
Prepare and monitor the performance evaluation process;
Prepare internal communication pieces relating to the implementation of the various Human Resources policies and institutional Human Resources communication.


Degree in Human Resources, Management or similar;
Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills;
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
Proficiency in German (required);
Knowledge of other languages will be valued;
Availability to travel.
